Gail Rosen has been a practicing CPA for over 25 years and is well known and respected in the accounting and business communities. She established her firm at the age of 25, after a fast-paced initiation into the field at prestigious New York City accounting firms.
Today, Gail leads the firm with the expertise and experience that has distinguished her as one of the area’s leading accountants and tax advisors for new business start-ups and expanding businesses. With her trademark energy and enthusiasm, Gail is a popular speaker for business and trade organizations and is frequently called upon to share her expertise and opinions with the media.
Gail has been profiled in the Wall Street Journal and has been a guest expert for CNBC, public television, radio, local cable news programs and print media, and was featured in a public service announcement promoting the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She has earned the prestigious distinction of a “Woman of Influence” by NJ BIZ; “Outstanding Person in Business & Industry” by the Somerset County Business Partnership; “Best of the Best Accountants” by the Courier News; and a “Person To Watch” by Business News of New Jersey.
Gail serves as a member of various Federal and State tax committees for the NJ Society of CPAs, is a member of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO), and is the Vice President and a Founding Board Member of Crime Stoppers of Somerset County.
Janice Roberts has been with the firm for over 25 years. As a long-time member of the firm, she brings a diverse array of tax and accounting expertise which includes tax preparation for individuals, businesses, estates and trusts. Using her extensive business experience, Janice handles the more complex business consulting, including preparation of financial statements and compliance with federal agencies. Janice has an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and assists clients in planning and problem solving. Janice received a BS in Accounting from Stockton University and is an Enrolled Agent.
Pamela Sharenow joined the firm in 1995 and has more than 25 years of experience in both public practice and private industry. Pam's background includes auditing, tax preparation for individuals and businesses, and consulting. Pam's proactive tax planning and understanding of internal controls and financial reporting procedures ensures that her clients have the tools necessary to make well-developed decisions. She has worked with a variety of businesses including healthcare, insurance, entertainment, construction, real estate, retail, technology, service companies and nonprofits. Pam received a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She received her CPA in 1991, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Joann Del Mauro joined our firm in 2011 and has more than 25 years experience in public practice. Her experience includes work with a variety of industries from small to large corporations, including construction, health, manufacturing, retail and professional services. Joann received a BS in Accounting from Caldwell College.
Lisa joined the firm in 2018 and brings a high level of administrative expertise and experience, overseeing all aspects of daily operations.
